Hero Motocorp has announced the launch of its brand new bike called the Achiever 150. The launch marks the first out of the 15 total launches scheduled before April 2017 by Hero MotoCorp. The new Hero Achiever 150 is BS-IV compliant and features the same i3s (Idle Start-Stop System) technology that was seen on the Splendor iSmart wherein the engine auto stops when idle. The bike is powered by a 149.2cc, air cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder which is capable of producing 13.4bhp and peak torque of 12.8Nm. There is also the addition of automatic headlamp on (AHO), new analog digital speedometer with side stand indicator, and new seat profile and texture. The all new Achiever 150cc will come in three colors, Panther Black metallic, Candy blazing red and Ebony grey metallic. Other features include a maintenance free battery, viscous air filter and tubeless tyres. A limited edition of the Achiever 150 will also be launched to celebrate the company’s 70 million customers. Only 70 models will be sold in India which will include a special colour scheme with tri-colour graphics on the base white shade.
